I was invited to a phone screening, completed a writing simulation, and had an in-person panel interview. It was more thorough than my other interviews, but I really liked the process--it helped me to understand them better and make sure they were a good fit for me as well! Emmersion really lives up to their values--they were kind, rigorous, and transparent during the process and I felt like they really got to know me and my fit for the position.
