I went for an interview at this company yesterday. They first asked me to wait for 10 minutes, then HR gave me a form to fill out. After that, they asked me to wait again. Later, they took me to the area where the whole team sits. There, one person asked me if I know Figma. I said yes, so they gave me a task and asked me to sit on a chair nearby and complete it. It was a 1-hour task. After I finished, HR told me to go home and said she will inform me later. This was the whole interview process. I felt very awkward during the process because while I was doing the task, everyone was looking at me. It was very uncomfortable. They didn’t even take my actual interview, not even on a call. She just texted me about the interview. There was no telephonic or proper in-person discussion. They completely wasted my time. Very disappointed.
