Seems like an MLM or Pyramid Scheme! Interviewed for an Entry Level Management Consultant position found on LinkedIn. Recruiter texts me telling me to call them back to schedule an interview. I called the number, and there was no answer. I received a call back ten minutes later from "talent acquisition" who then started to ask me about my background and what I am looking for in my career. This seemed shady, because I have never engaged in a phone-screening that wasn't scheduled or planned in advance. She then proceeded to tell me that the position is paid only in commission (RED FLAG). The "President" of the company only graduated college in 2016, he barely has enough experience to hold an entry level job let alone be the president of a consulting firm. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME INTERVIEWING HERE.
