Interviewers were alright but the interview process was very scattered and disorganized. Company seems very fast paced which is fine for people who like that sort of thing, but could tell interviewers were wound very tight and had other priorities to attend to. But the worst part that left a bad taste in my mouth is that after three interviews, the company doesn’t bother to reach back out to say whether you got an offer or not. In this day and age, that’s just rude and ignorant. It takes a second to send an automatic email and makes your company look professional. This place is disorganized and unprofessional, which is surprising given their company standing in the health insurance world. Expected better.
