Interview
Recruiter found me and communicated solely via LinkedIn and after a couple messages back and forth went radio silent for 1 week. I received a checkin message, followed by radio silence for another week. Received another message and yes, followed by radio silence. Throughout this month long process, I had a standard prescreen interview with the recruiter and next steps were identified that Krisanne (owner) would be reaching out to complete the phone screen process. This never happened and after multiple attempt to contact the recruiter, radio silence continues.

Question 1
Recruiter wasn't familiar with technical requirements of role.
First called for interview then, HR screening and then senior taken interviews, asked various questions releated the work and check knowledge.
After the interview they select the candidate for the job, they mail and call the candidate for the same.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Elsner HR in Nov 2016
Interview
I received a phone call from a snobby recruiter for phone interview and she did not care enough to listen to what I needed to say. I do not recommend this agency.
