I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Elm Solutions (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2018
Interview
Screened by HR initially and then a half hour interview in the office with a member of HR along with one of the most ignorant and unprofessional individuals I've ever met (a Salesman who wasn't fully aware of what a Business Analyst actually did)
He took every opportunity to discriminate me because of my age and the whole interview was very unprofessional.
I received a call the next day to say I didn't get the position (the questions I was asked revolved all around what I earned on other contracts, as opposed to my skills and what I could offer) and I had to point out the unproffessional behaviour as opposed to it being addressed professionaly by the HR representative, although apologetic, she sat through the interview and didn't say or do anything to stop the mans behaviour.
I would not reccomened Elm/Klir to anyone who is looking to be happy and successful in their career. Not a good look for a relatively young company.

Interview
The first round was a telephonic screening with the HR and then she took a few days to arrange for a personal Interview with the COO. The personal interview was fairly straightforward and was focused on past experiences, what I have done in the related roles with my past employers and what have I achieved there.
Overall experience was positive and it felt like informal chatting and explaining myself instead of a formal grilling experience.
