Interview
The whole process (which is quite lengthy) was explained to me at the first interview. Communication was good until I was ghosted after my third interview, like many other candidates, it seems. That is poor form, especially after investing time to prepare a presentation, and shows a total lack of respect for candidates. Let’s hope they treat employees better :)

How would you organise/set up the development of your team?
Interviewed for this role in November. Was ghosted after the hiring manager. Attempted to reach out via existing recruitment emails and to recruiter's work email for any update with no luck. Previous application for another role was ghosted from the point of application, which should have been a sign I guess. Seems to be the approach from this company. Very poor, takes no effort to send a boilerplate rejection.
