I applied online. I interviewed at Elite Software Automation
Interview
Standard screening call followed by an online assessment. This is where it goes off the rails. If you fail the assessment, you get one of the rudest and most aggressive rejection emails you'll ever see. The repeatedly tell you that its your fault you failed the assessment and you blew your only chance to impress them. They literally include the phrases "if you're upset at this email, we have to inform you life is hard" and "maybe you could use this self-reflection to improve and make your life better." What kind of company says things like that to a candidate? They're clearly full of themselves

This review contains false information and was written by a person who never interviewed with the company. There is no "standard screening call" before an "online assessment" in Elite Software Automation's process. In reality, Elite Software Automation only offers to have calls with people who already passed the online assessment successfully. As such, the fact that this review makes this claim is indication that this person is simply misrepresenting the facts and never actually interviewed with Elite Software Automation. It is very likely that this is just a malicious post by a Reddit troll, as several Reddit users who never applied for any roles in the company have publicly called for other Reddit users to submit fake reviews to our company's Glassdoor profile. This is nothing but an example of fake social media outrage.
