Interview
3 step interview process , what I like to call waste of time . The recruiter knew I lived an hour away and didn't even bother to tell me the first interview was only for 10 mins. Its a scam company like all the other marketing companies . Fair warning . Unless you want to do door to door sales then hang up if your hear this company . I got called for a second interview , which I went to because I just was curious about these companies, and it was crazy, the women was practically trying to sell me the position for over 45 mins AFTER the first 20 where I said I was no longer interested .

Interview
It is a scam, they call you in for your first interview which is 10 mins long . I got picked for the second round in which after 20 mins i told her I wasn't interested and let just say I was there for an additional 40 mins because she was trying to "sell" me the position .

Interview
First interview asked about myself and background. Why I was looking to work there, and I was educated about the process. The first interview was under 15 minutes to qualify for the second interview. I was invited for a second interview the next day for 9:15, but had was in the waiting room until 9:45, I mentioned having to leave and they rushed through the second interview which was complete by 9:55. I specifically said I was not interested in the position, and took back my resume. A few hours later, they said I did well with the interview and they offered me a position.
