False advertising of salary. The advertised salary was 90,00 - 115,00 per year. Salary is based on commission but is not advertised as based on commission. I was selected to go to an interview and presentation meeting. I never went because the owner was not being transparent about the base pay (before commissions). The owner also requested to fill severals documents, sign a 2 years work contract and do a personality test without even first answering the basics questions about salary or providing information about the work schedule and other important information. The owner finally answered my message after I stated that I would not proceed with the interview process before my questions were answered. He finally wrote that the salary is heavily based on commissions and never shared what is the base salary. Documents were sent with the invitation email. The list of training requirement was overly extensive and one could tell from the copywriting that the management style is controling and disorganized, expecting employees to be available at all time without proper notification. They also require to use Mac but did not advertise it in the employment offer. I am not a Mac user by choice and I would not have wasted a minute if I'd first known it was a requirement.
