This process was fairly easy. They are almost always looking to hire. They hired me on the spot and I began training soon after. I would come in prepared to talk about yourself and see if you are a fit for the way they do things.

Straightforward, if you have experience and have service, food, and wine knowledge then you should be a good candidate for the job. I was there less than an hour and was hired on the spot.
