1. Before first interview they send me the Test Assignment (red flag) 2. After, they said that my test assignment was performed great and invite me to the HR interview. 3. After that they promised me technical interview and went dark for a week. When I reminded them about my application they said that they decided to search candidate with more experience... well it was strange and waste of my time.
