Very Java intensive, data structures, oop concepts, comparing Java to other languages and how they compare. Then a simple Java whiteboard question where they ask you to do an easy program and explain.

In person white board interview with basic Java OOP questions. Some are confusing questions and they don't really test coding knowledge only theory stuff about OOP. It doesn't feel like good interview process to know how well someone's coding capability is or problem solving.
