Interview
The interview was conducted in an informal manner at a coffee shop, with thorough questioning on the subject matter. The interview was conducted in a professional manner but the recruiter and employer do not provide any post interview feedback. This is unprofessional for any organisation and even more so when recruiting for a senior position.
