Got called in for an interview and it was HR, technical and a demo. I had an audience of different teachers during the demo phase. Someone from HR has attended. The head of department and another teacher were present during the interview

one technical interview to see what is your qualifications, experiences, your progress in the career until now, then what courses do you want to teach, then how you would handle the classes, and finally how you can deal with the students and the grading system.
