Interview
Several interviews: 2 RH meetings, 1 technical/logic test with programming exercise, 1 meet-the-team. Throughout the entire process, everyone on the team was professional and kind. The process was not too stressful, even during the technical test, which was challenging for me as a junior programmer. Eelway is a good place for women in technology and more than 50% of their technical team are women, which is rare. I felt very comfortable with the team, who are diverse, welcoming, and multi-lingual.
The founders of the company were even willing to give me some professional advice, without trying to "sell" their agenda. You won't get any BS with this company, which is refreshing. They were patient and answered all my questions.
Eventually, I took another offer whose product was a little more aligned with my interests, but it was a tough decision.

1er entretien avec l'un des deux confondateurs
2nd entretien avec le 2nd cofondateur
3ème étape, rencontre des équipes (quinzaine de personnes)
Assez surpris de l'échange : mon interlocuteur a peu parlé, n'a pas beaucoup cherché à me "vendre" ni le poste ni l'entreprise. La vision de l'entreprise et du produit manquent encore de corps, bref peu d'effort pour susciter l'envie. Le recrutement semble être encore un sujet assez peu mature chez eux.
