I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Edward Jones
Interview
Whole process took over 3 months, and that's after I got in to face to face interviews. It is so competitive to get a job with this company in my area, I needed a person from inside the company who knows of my talent/work ethic to help me land a phone interview. Aced the phone interview and onto a lengthy application, then wait for recruiters to line you up with face to face interviews with FA's who are hiring in the area. Face-to face interviews are pleasant, but not easy, so I did a lot of research. I did well on the face to face interview, so the helpful recruiter lined me up with an hour long online skills assessment. Felt I did well on that as well, and received an offer a few weeks later. Then on to a lengthy and thorough background check that can take 10-16 days. You will not officially hired or able to work in the Branch until your background check clears. If you can make it through this process, it is so worth it! Awesome company to work for. Great benefits and company culture. Love the training and helpfulness of everyone so far.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to deliver results under difficult circumstances?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
