Some basic questions about computer knowledge and about money handling. I am an aspiring Financial Advisor so that was my real reason for working as an On Call. My host office is a great place to work and he guided me into the right paths. His full time BOA trained me and I learned everything I know from her.
I had one interview with the FA at the branch location. The interview included fairly standard questions for an administrator role including customer service questions, office administration and time management questions.

There interview was a straightforward process to become an On call BOA. You are required to complete a few applications and a background check and drug test as well. The process lasted about 1-2 months before being hired.
