Interview
First a phone screen, then background check. Interview with financial adviser. Then, HR will call you after speaking to the financial adviser who will want request to bring you in at just above starting salary, regardless of any good credentials you have. HR will tell you about your benefits and then you haggle with salary which they do not come up on.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
