I would consider it a fairly in depth interview process for an intern position. Because ETC is small close knit team they ask a lot of questions and try to really get a feel for who you are. I was asked about everything on my resume and given numerous hypothetical situations to work through. There is of course the standard questions about any past behaviors you've had. I would suggest having a note pad ready and questions to ask to the interviewer to show you've done your research.
