You must pass the document screening before the interview. Once you pass the screening, you will have an interview with the executives. They will first review your resume and ask any questions they have. They’ll inquire about how you would handle specific situations, ask about your experiences, and how you would conduct training. Finally, they will ask if you have any questions or things you'd like to say.
