The interview was straight to the point and mechanical, rapid fire questions, no room for thinking or any creative thought. In the end I wasn't selected and I went to great lengths to ask them the reason for rejection, they said I lacked articulation of thought, or the ability to present ideas, in other words. And they were right. We never really focus on improving our presentations all we do is learn and read and memorize, which is of no use in the real world.
