Premier Rendez-vous puis aucune nouvelle de la part d'Econocom.
Second Rendez-vous avec un manager audieux puis relance de ma part 3 semaines plus tard, ils indiquent que le poste est déjà clos,
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and the role, followed by a technical assessment covering troubleshooting and IT support scenarios. Next was a technical interview with an IT manager, where I answered problem-solving questions and real-world support cases. The final round was a conversation with the hiring manager, focusing on soft skills and handling IT issues. Shortly after, I received an offer. The process was efficient, with clear communication throughout.

One key question they asked was: "How would you handle a situation where a non-technical user is frustrated and unable to explain their IT issue?" They wanted to assess my problem-solving skills, patience, and ability to communicate technical solutions in a simple, user-friendly way.
Te lange wachttijden, weinig concrete feedback, 3 rondes, persoon die me technisch interviewde kende er minder van, was niet mee met de laatste technologieën, gaf een moeilijk beeld van de organisatie.
