My interview was conducted via Telegram Instant Messaging app. I was sent multiple paragraphs briefing the companies values and expectations followed by a series of questions. I was well informed and asked multiple times if I was still interested in moving forward with the interview process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolean (Lahore) in Aug 2016
Interview
2 interviews. 1st technical, behavioral and situation based questioning answering with services manager and team lead. 2nd with Managing Director which was personality based and focused on culture fit. Usually there is a screening interview or test first which was cancelled for me, instead a simple phone call screening was done.
