Phone screen interview, recruiter said she would call me next week to setup onsite interview. I never heard back from her. During phone screen she lead me to believe I was qualified for 2nd round. Don’t do this to applicants, get some courage and tell them they are not a good fit or meet the minimum qualifications!! Don’t waste applicants time and be professional. Follow up!
