Interview
There are two-stage interview process and may have changed since my last update after June 2023. The first stage typically includes a screening interview, which interview is usually with a recruiter or HR representative. The second is In-Depth Interview. If you pass the initial screening, you might be invited to a more in-depth interview, which is often conducted by the hiring senior management and your head department.
