I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience stood out for its lack of professionalism. The interviewer, a senior leader (not the hiring manager), showed up seven minutes late, appeared unprepared, and had clearly not reviewed my resume or questions in advance. Throughout the conversation, they seemed disengaged, at one point even yawning widely into the camera. The interview felt one-sided, and I essentially spoke to myself for 45 minutes. I did not move forward, but frankly, I had no interest in continuing after that interaction.

HR screen -> HM Screen HM screen was quite rushed and interviewer didn't seem to have much experience with time management across the many areas. The interviewer was also late to join the call. The title seemed quite inflated if the interview foreshadows the work or skills vital to the job. No Product Sense, no Strategy assessment. It seemed to cater to a role which likely is pure platform and local optimization of algorithms to manage risk. Generalist FAANG PMs beware; this is a role for your Paypal/eBay type of background.
