I recently applied for this position through the University and had an on-campus interview within a week. After 2-3 weeks I was selected and called for an on-site interview. The on-campus interview was behavioral. On-site comprised of 3 rounds; a case study and 2 interview's with the senior manager's. The process was very nice and EY treats you very well during the whole process. Prepare well for the case study as they analyze your skills, if you are left alone in a situation with a client.
