      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Nov 2015

      Interview

Total 3 rounds: - 1st round: scanning resume, complete online application, complete online writing assessment I would say the writing assessment is pretty much like a SAT or TOEFL essay and you have 40 minutes to complete. - 2nd round: on campus interview (behavioral interview) - got a result few days later It was a chill and really friendly interview/ conversation. Just make sure you know every single details in your resume. - 3rd round: on site (NYC). 2 behavioral interviews and 1 case study. Everyone is so friendly. 2 behavioral interviews were all about resume and my hobbies and my career path. The case study is straightforward. Just make sure you review SWOT and SDLC before the interview. It is also beneficial if you have good knowledge about the industry and some trending issues. Got a job offer after 2 days.

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Nov 2013

      Interview

Applied through my school's campus recruiting website; was invited for an on-campus interview. Before the interview (which consisted of behavioral questions based on my prior experiences) I chatted with the greeters for a while and impressed them with my knowledge of the company and its current events. I got a couple business cards and networked with the greeters via email throughout the interview process. I think this helped me in getting invited to the Super Day in New York. In New York, I had two additional behavior interviews which were very conversational. I also had one case study, which I thought went really well. For the case study, I prepared a SWOT analysis for the fictional situation as I read through the materials. The first four questions I was asked about the case were about Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats so I was very prepared to respond with my analysis.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The interviewer asked me a very pointed question about one of my past experiences listed on my resume. It had been a while since I'd thought about this particular line item, so I struggled to give specific details when relating my answer. Make sure you thoroughly review your resume before going into the interview - this is where many of the behavioral-based questions will come from!

      Interview

The interviews were really laid back and mainly behavioral. During the second round there is a case interview but it's not too bad. They just want to see your thought processes. Overall not bad.
