Interview
Started by talking to a person who explained how the process would go. Manager and Partner each interviewed for 30 minutes, First person was more conversational style, then second person was more focused on behavioral questions.

Describe a time you had a disfunctional team and how you fixed it.
It was good, they asked questions about ifrs and us gaap the company is good. Environment is highly competitive but it's fine things happen and it is what it is at the end of day

What is your name and what are your strengths and weakness
Interview with HR, about 30 minutes. HR is so nice and give me the feedbacks that i feel it is so valuable for me. The interview went well and there is nothing to complain
there's two 30mins interview back to back, one with partner, one with senior managers. All the question are behavior questions, try to make ur answer with ur resume. Usually got back from the recruiter with in 2 week.
