Interview
3 Rounds - HR, Case, 2 employees. The employes were very easy to talk with. It was more of a conversation. The director was very cool and easy to talk to.
HR contacted me via email to arrange an interview. There was only one round of interviews with team manager and direct report, questions about past experience. Relatively simple interview, managers were friendly and were eager to get to know the candidate better. HR got back to me within the next week with the offer and salary package.
Online Application (Resume and Cover Letter) > Psychometric test > Video Interview (with 2 questions) > Final Assessment Centre (where you will will be working in a group on a case with EY accessors and 2-1 interviews with people from your selected team, ranging from graduate to directors)

The interviewer did not have her camera on. One case interview and one behavioral interview. The case interview was fine, and the interviewer leaded me to finish the case. The behavioral interview was easy.
