The interview process is really bad. Heads up, the job is much worse. FSO Tax is the worst line of public accounting. Stay away, there is better options. Avoid at all cost.

Interview
The interviewers were incredibly kind. Would heavily recommend using the STAR method and going on Youtube to nail the interview. Heard back within the week and got the offer within the month of the interview.

Interview
The interview process is fairly simple. There was an initial interview with a recruiter who then scheduled interviews with two managers. In my case there was a third round because they were in close decision between a few candidates. The entire process took around 6 weeks.
