Interview
The interview was done over the phone. However, the call was a surprise call. The interview had 3 to 4 rounds all taken over the phone and were in following order:
1. Technical Round
2. Inter-Person Round
3. Online Attitude Test
4. HR round

All above the audit process and IFRS. Good Thorough interview on overall technical knowledge of the subject.
Straight forward and easy was two interviews and they had great communication on both and also asked practical questions to gauge your technical knowledge as well as try see if you’re the right fit for the team

Le processus de recrutement a commencé par l’envoi de la candidature, suivi d’un entretien téléphonique de préqualification. J’ai ensuite passé un entretien technique avec l’équipe, puis un entretien final avec les RH.
