The interview consist of a two (2) part interview. One interview was an ice breaker. The second interview was the serious interview. Then an excel interview was performed. It took approximately half day.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience
