Interview
Applied directly though their website -> video interview -> psychometric testing -> called me to offer me an internship, but the time was not good for me -> second call after some weeks to offer a position as Junior Consultant. I rejected the offer because I was accepted somewhere else, but probably they would have scheduled an interview (or more) before actually giving me that position.
The process was very smooth for me, but indeed took quite a while. I applied in May and the calls happened in June/July.

Video interview: what would you do if you won the lottery? Also at least a question about the Consulting division.
Fit entretien + etude de cas sur une autre journée. Entretien d'une heure pour apprendre à vous connaitre et test cubiks qui prends une trentaine de minutes pour tout faire.
Smooth interview process. I moved through the stages very quickly until I had the third interview which was with the partner. From then on, things started to slow down. They said they should have made a decision within 2-3 weeks. I sent them a follow up email after this timeframe had passed and they said that the process is still in progress. After another 4 weeks had passed I sent them again a follow up email and they sent me a rejection through the system. Very unprofessional behaviour and such a loss of time and energy.

Le processus a été fluide et professionnel, articulé autour de trois étapes clés : un premier échange téléphonique RH pour valider les prérequis, suivi d'un entretien technique approfondi avec le manager opérationnel. J'ai apprécié la clarté des échanges concernant les missions du poste. Le délai de réponse entre chaque étape était raisonnable, ce qui témoigne d'une bonne organisation interne.
