Interview
The process started with a call from the recruiter who did the initial screening for the role. Afterwards there was a automated virtual interview where you had to answer questions recording yourself with a time limit as part of that same step there is a personality test where you have to select among different images.

Describe a time you had to choose between someone who wasn't a great fit but had long-term potential, and someone who was a good fit for the current job only.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY in Aug 2019
Interview
External Recruiter then internal recruiter. Next phone interview with practice manager with final rounds in NYC for three round interviews one afternoon. The process has been long but may be due to external recruiter and there have been two holidays over that period of time.

Interview
Talked to lots of partners throughout the firm. Many of the interviews were conducted on the phone as lots of travel is happening at the partner level. Also, people are based out of lots of different offices around the firm. Everyone that I spoke with was very positive about the culture of the firm.
