First phone interview, then office interview a week later. Four rounds of interview and lunch with new hires. Expect questions about your resume. Seems like they are looking for fit. Do not hesitate to ask questions as that shows interest. End the interview by reiterating your interest in the job and qualifications if needed.

Interview
Received an email for a phone interview, which was about 30 minutes with a resume walk through and behavioral questions. Second round was at HQ at the Times Square office. 2 behavioral and 1 case interview, each 30 min. First behavioral was structured, followed by an interviewer-led case question, and last behavioral interview was more conversational. All interviewers were pleasant and fun to talk to.

The interview process was first with the HR Manager and the Partner of the department, who they were mostly interested in my motives in joining EY. Secondly, I had a face-to-face interview with a Senior Manager and then I completed assessment tests based on financial statements.
