I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Stockholm, Stockholm) in May 2014
Interview
First submission of transcripts, CV and Cover Letter. Second online tests. The main thing that is different about these tests is that you will have very little time to answer the questions. Prepare for that. Third, interview stage including presentation of a case and an interview including a case and personal fit questions. Fourth, interview with higher-up consultant and personality test. Fifth, interview with a partner.
