Interview
Initially applied to Business Advisor Program through on campus recruiting but got picked up for the Risk Advisory Program because they said my skill sets and background fit much better with this particular role.
We were invited to a dinner the night before the interview to get to know recruiters and employees at the firm.
Interview was very easy going. I was simply asked to walk the interviewer through my resume, tell her about my self and why EY/risk advisory. After that, she was open to answering the questions I prepared.
The only complaint that I have is that my interview was at the end of the day and the interviewer seemed like she was ready to go.

Interview
Applied through campus recruiting; had a 30 min behavioral interview. It involved pretty standard first round questions. The interviewer was pretty casual and easy to talk to, but I think it would be a mistake to mirror the interviewer; even if they act like its a casual conversation, make sure to 'wow' them.

Interview
Definitely ace the pre-night. One thing to keep in mind is to not ask all your questions in pre-night. Leave some for your interview. During my interview, I ran out of questions and the interviewer kept pushing me for more questions. The interviewer just was not interested in me since he didn't ask any follow-up questions. He mainly just went through like 3-4 typical Big four interview questions and started to stare at the clock.

Interview
Nothing difficult. Manager was friendly and conversational, The first round interview is more about whether they can relate well with you. The HR never responded to my follow up mails on my progress in the recruitment process after the interview
