It was very relaxed. I had a one-on-one interview and assessment centre. The group activity was good because everyone cooperated. The interview wasn’t casual but there was also no tension or pressure.
Easy and very traditional. Group assessment then followed by partners interview. Total 2 hrs offer made in the afternoon on the same day of the interview. The process is very smooth and easy, no online interview involved.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Sydney) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview process is largely automated, I applied during the first year of my degree, and then I sat through a phone interview, I completed an online test. After that I went into the office for a day in which I had both a group interview and an individual interview. Of ~1000 initial applicants, only ~20 people actually received offers to be Cadets at the EY Sydney office.
