2 Phone screens 1 with a potential Team Member and 1 with the Head Recruiter. A Video recorded interview that centered around my knowledge for Microsoft Project. Lastly, a behavioral interview with several EY Associates to explain my experience and communicate how I would handle certain problems and situations within projects.

What is your expertise in Microsoft Project and how did you use the tool in Project Management?
Excellent. Give enough notice to prepare, provide relevant information, follow up to check if we are still ok. I think they really invest in a person and make sure the journey is as smooth as possible.
Interview process itself was best use of time, productive questions and very considerate making sure I am enjoying the interview. I am really impressed :)
