I applied through university. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru) in Aug 2019
Interview
Aptitude test: An overall aptitude test, testing our aptitude skills
HR interview: Mostly behavioural to the basics
Technical interview: Revolves around the technical aspects such as taxation in India, tax slabs, some practical questions were asked too. Over all, good interview experience for me
The interview process was smooth. They initially asked basic questions and then gradually moved to more complicated, real-world questions. Overall, it was manageable. The HR round was also easy. Before the interviews, you had to complete the EY online assessment, which included grammar-related questions.
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
