La entrevista consta de 3 etapas, la primera es con una persona de recursos humanos, la segunda es con gerentes de la firma y la ultima fue com un socio. Las preguntas fueron acerca del CV y porque EY y Auditoria, todos eran muy amables.
Was quick and easy. One interview, talked to two people during the interview. Was asked about previous experience at a different CPA firm. Took a while for them to call me back (about a month) then we set a start date pretty far in the future.

They asked me to describe the audits I previously worked on.
The interview process begins with an HR call, followed by a technical round focusing on fundamentals of accounting and audit. Interview was conversational and relaxed. No difficult or technical questions. Mostly trying to get to know you and the culture of the firm. The interview process was with two partners at the firm in separate calls.
