The interview process has 3 rounds - written test, manager's round and partner's round.
The manager's round is highly technical and the partner's round is mainly presentation based.
The candidate should have strong academic background and be well presentable as well.

Interview
The interview was not very tough. some basic accounting entries and recent changes in law were asked being followed by IQ questions. The interviewer wasn't a hostile process. it went in smoothly and I wasn't made to wait for my turn. everything was well managed and thought off. It was a wonderful first impression of such large organisation and i felt i am at the right place.
