Interview
Standard process;
Applied online, first stage is filling out all details and some standard questions.
Then you are given a case study about an hour in length - same for all roles and is straightforward.
Then numerical and situational judgement tests followed by a video interview.
Pretty simple. Personality questions and other normal interview questions like "how did you deal with a conflict". Only one or two technical actuarial questions. An unprepared speech based on a random topic.

What is your role in a team?
Online situational tests and videos, then an Experience Day with group tasks and individual tasks, then a two part Partner Interview. The partner interview required a presentation, and EY chose the topic.
First round of interviews for the graduate programme . The interview was very relaxed and felt like a conversation more than anything. There was one technical question, and then other work situational questions.
