Video interview then had an assessment day which consisted of half of the day doing group activities that were monitored and reviewed by staff and then a interview with senior management.

The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
