Applied through the college recruitment website. It was a 1 on 1 interview. Lasted 30 minutes. First 10 to 15 minutes were behavioral questions, which was easy. then the last 15 minutes was a case question. be prepared
The recruitment process was a bit lengthy but the, I had three different stages of interviews each with a more senior member of the team than the pervious one. The interviewers were friendly and the interview was generally very conversational.

Interview
Applied online in mid-June 2017, received an invitation to interview approximately 2.5 months later. Overall interview was very pleasant, spoke with 5 individuals from various levels within the practice. For the most part the interview was mostly behavioral, walking the interviewer through my resume and experiences. The interview went over the overall structure of the practice as well as scope of work.
