I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2016
Interview
The EY interviewers are very friendly and respectful. It was an on-campus interview and I got the chance to meet 2 of their professionals with 30 mins each. They introduced themselves first and then ask my background and my interests about the company and the position. The interview is more towards the behavioral questions. They focused on my resume and asked each experience that I mentioned on my resume.
I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Mar 2019
Interview
Recruiters were very involved and they made my peers and I feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We had the opportunity to meet our interviewers at a social the evening before the day of on-campus interviews. My interviewers were kind and really wanted to get to know me, not just my resume. I feel more like a friend than a number at EY.
I applied through university. I interviewed at EY (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Very casual, back-to-back 30 minute interviews with a senior manager and audit partner. The first half of the interview was purely conversational - we talked about yoga, stress management, etc. There were some behavioral questions (3-4) at the end but they were pretty standard.

I applied through my campus career service and got an invitation to submit a Prerecorded interview video. It was a total of 5 behavioral questions and each question would flash for about 30s and I had 3 attempts for each of the questions.
