I applied through university. I interviewed at EY (Petaling) in Aug 2017
Interview
Was a bad experience due to the way their HR officer treated individuals that came to inquire about the organisation. One of them was not willing to answer questions the applicants asked rather we were all expected to know everything while the whole setting was at an information booth in a career fair.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
