Interview
Ik ben gecontacteerd door een EY recruiter, daarna heb ik enkele online testen gemaakt (numerical, inductive, verbal en persoonlijkheidstest). Deze waren positief en ben ik uitgenodigd op hun jobday (van 13u tot 16u). De jobday bestond uit een gesprek met een HR recruiter en een manager. Ze stelden beiden vragen. Vervolgens zijn de resultaten van de online testen uitgebreid besproken en moest ik een schrijftest maken.

Interview was OK. In the HR interview they asked you some general questions and the interviewer was really friendly, then waited about a week to be invited to a user interview.

fairly similar to all other big 4. Only difference for me was that I was based in Auckland and I was applying for a Sydney based role. So they had me skip the assessment day and just do a case study followed by a 2 panel interview.
